how did u installed windows 8.1 ? via windows update by the store or did u a clean install ?

sorry, but i am a little confused : which driver does not work ?
could u upload an image or a hardware-id string of any requested driver ? this model has been build with several hardware configurations, so i need the hardware-id...

just give me the hardware-id pls.
open devicemanager, rightclick on properties, select tab details and now select hardware-id to display and write the strings down right here.
then i can help u. ur operating system is windows 8.1 x64 - right ?

webcam driver :
...it's an azurewave webcam, use the attached driver pls.
the driver i found is for windows 7 x64, try this one. try them with manually driver update - select 'selected driver that u have', do u understand, what i mean ?
hid-device :
...this is your usb-mouse, most mouses uses windows standard drivers... is this a normal / usual mouse or a gamer mouse u use there ?
ps2 = your touchpad :
...use the attached driver pls...
additionally i added the chipset driver. install them first pls. this is latest driver for this chipset.
does that all works fine ?
